Raw Material Details and Production Procedure Details
Our foreign business partners have several Poultry Slaughtering Houses and own Cold storage. Usually they collect wastage Poultry Material and Rejected Bird from 11(Eleven) Slaughtering houses. Our company collect only separated meat material and bone material of Chickens. Only 4% of duck material some times. They don’t collect feather and blood of recent slaughtered chickens from any slaughtering house.
Our company does not have any facility to produce Feather meal and Blood Meal. All raw materials during collect from Different slaughtering house most are under control of our veterinary authority. Even the security Guard of those slaughtering houses also provided by our concern Veterinary authority.
The production plant of us totally separated from our Office building. To protect Bio Security only 03 person is working per day to produce Poultry Meal. We produce our Poultry meal by 5 to 6 bar steam pressure as standard produce.
The full production plant area is total 26000 Square meters.
